Terms of Use
In short
- PandaCam is for your personal, non-commercial use.
- Purchases are sold and billed by Apple; refunds go through Apple.
- Virtual makeup is an illustration — real cosmetics can look different.
- Only photograph people who agree to it.
These terms apply to the PandaCam app for iPhone (the “App”) and to this website. They are an agreement between you and [Developer / legal entity name] (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App you accept them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the App.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial purposes, as permitted by the Usage Rules in Apple’s Media Services Terms and Conditions. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the App except where the law expressly allows it.
2. In-app purchases
- In-app purchases are sold and billed by Apple through the App Store. Prices are shown in the App Store and can vary by country.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Purchases are tied to your Apple ID. To restore them on a new or reset iPhone, tap “Restore Purchases” in the App while signed in with the same Apple ID. Buying and restoring need an internet connection.
Subscriptions
If you buy a subscription: the price and period are shown before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before that. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings (Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions). If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
3. Virtual try-on
PandaCam shows virtual makeup for entertainment and illustration. Colors and effects depend on your device, lighting and camera, and may differ from how real cosmetics look on you. The App does not recommend or represent any real cosmetic product.
4. Acceptable use
Only photograph or edit pictures of people who have agreed to it. Don’t use the App or its output to harass, deceive or impersonate anyone, to infringe anyone’s rights, or for anything unlawful. You are responsible for the photos you take and share.
5. Third-party services
The App uses some third-party services, such as Apple’s App Store and analytics providers. How data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy. Third-party services are governed by their own terms.
6. No warranty
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App (if any); Apple has no other warranty obligation for the App.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App and in-app purchases in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Apple
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, for maintenance and support, or for handling any claims relating to the App, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, consumer protection or privacy claims, and claims that the App infringes a third party’s intellectual property. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
9. This website
The content of this website, the PandaCam name and the panda logo belong to us. You may link to the site but may not copy its content or use our trademarks without permission. Apple, iPhone and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [country], and the courts of [city, country] have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in Turkey or the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring claims before its courts and consumer bodies.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The new version will be published on this page with a new effective date. If you keep using the App after a change, the updated terms apply.
12. Contact
